General Subject Searching
To search any general topic and retrieve only materials that are in the Kerr White Health Care Collection, type your Subject followed by the words Kerr White.
Basic Subject Search:
- Using the Basic Search box, enter: Canada Kerr White
- Then click on the Search All button.
All other ways to search the Kerr White Health Care Collection will be most effectively done using the Advanced Search, listed in the Catalog Searches box, located at the right of the Basic Search box.
Author or Title Search:
- Enter Kerr White in the words or phrase box on the Advanced Search page.
- Enter author’s last name in the author box (e.g. Teeling-Smith) or a title in the title box (e.g. Generalist medicine and the U.S. health care system).
- Then click on the blue Search button.
Kerr White Manuscripts and Document Groups Searching
Dr. White has grouped together original manuscripts for books that he has published as well as collections of materials (articles, brochures, various ephemera, etc.) that represent the work has been involved within several countries and with various institutions.
Manuscripts Search:
- Enter Kerr White in the words or phrase box on the Advanced Search page.
- Under Format, select Manuscript from the pull down list.
- Enter a Medical Subject such as health policy.
- Then click on the blue Search button.
For a complete list of manuscripts, follow steps 1-2 and 4 above.
Documents Search:
- Enter Australia Documents in the series box on the Advanced Search page.
- Then click on the blue Search button.
